Shipping

Every printed book sold on this site is produced to order by our print partner and shipped directly to you. There is no warehouse and no middleman.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. If you are outside those countries, our titles are available on Amazon in most regions.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping — 5 to 10 business days. Because each book is printed for your order, allow a little time at the front of that window for printing and binding before the parcel moves.

Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing the next business day. Large class kits may take a day or two longer to print.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is a flat $4.50 on a single-book order.

For class kits, shipping rises gently with the number of student workbooks and is capped at $15.00 no matter how large the order. The exact amount is always shown on the order page before you pay and again at checkout — there is never a charge added afterwards.

Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. Tracking information follows once the parcel leaves the printer.

Wrong Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it, but the second shipping charge would be yours. If you catch a mistake quickly, write to us straight away — if the book has not yet printed we can usually correct it.

Damaged in Transit

If your book arrives damaged, see our refunds and returns policy. The short version: send us a photograph and we will replace it, and you keep the damaged copy.

Ebooks

Digital orders have no shipping and no wait. Your download links are emailed within a few minutes of payment.
