These terms govern your use of acts542ministry.com and anything you buy here. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose.

Who We Are

Acts 5:42 — Cease Not is the publishing work of C. B. Price, an ordained Independent Baptist minister. It is operated as a sole proprietorship in the United States. It is not a registered charity, and purchases made here are not tax-deductible donations.

Orders and Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price shown when you check out is the price you pay.

We may decline or cancel an order if a product was listed at an obviously wrong price, if an item is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you are refunded in full.

Delivery

Printed books are covered by our shipping policy. Ebooks are delivered by a private download link that is valid for 7 days and permits up to 10 downloads. Those limits exist to stop links being posted publicly, not to inconvenience readers — if yours expires, ask and we will send another.

What You May Do With What You Buy

When you buy a book or an ebook, it is yours to read, to re-read, and to teach from. Specifically, you may:

• Read it on any device you own
• Teach from it in your church, class, small group, or family
• Quote from it in a sermon or lesson, with attribution
• Lend or give away a printed copy you have bought

You may not resell, republish, or distribute the digital files; post them to a website, forum, or file-sharing service; or reproduce substantial portions in another work offered for sale. One purchase is one reader or one household. If you need copies for a class, a class kit costs less per student than buying separately.

Free Resources

Printables, teacher notes, slide decks and reading guides are given free for you to use and to copy for your own class. Please do not host them on another website or sell them. Link to this site instead — that way people always get the current version.

Scripture

All scripture quoted throughout this site and in our books is from the King James Bible, the Authorized Version. The King James Bible is in the public domain in the United States. Our commentary, notes, and original writing are not.

Our Content

Everything else on this site — the commentary, the devotionals, the artwork, the design, and the text of our books — is the copyrighted work of C. B. Price. You are welcome to quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce whole chapters or pages.

Reader Reviews

If you submit a review, you are giving us permission to publish it on this site, in our books, and in our marketing, together with the first name and general location you provide. Reviews are read before they are published. We will not edit the substance of what you say, and we do not publish only the favourable ones.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep this site accurate, and our scripture quotations are checked letter by letter against the Authorized Version. Even so, a page may contain an error or be out of date. If you find one, please tell us.

No Warranty

The site and its free resources are provided as they are. We cannot promise the site will always be available or free of faults, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own state or country.

Amazon and Other Retailers

Several of our titles are also sold on Amazon and elsewhere. Those sales are governed by that retailer's terms, not these, and we cannot service those orders.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
